We offer Solo (£149/mo), Agency (£349/mo), and Regional (£999/mo). All plans include a 14-day free trial. Setup fees apply on monthly billing (Solo: £199, Agency: £299) and are waived on annual plans. Annual billing saves you up to 20%. No enterprise or national tiers — we keep pricing simple.
OFSI (Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation) screening became mandatory for UK estate agents from May 2025. You are legally required to check clients against the UK Consolidated Sanctions List before accepting instructions. EstateHQ provides a structured workflow to document every check.
EstateHQ sends automated alerts as certificates approach expiry — gas safety certificates, EPCs, EICR reports, and more. You set the lead time, we handle the reminders. Our certificate tracking is designed to give you zero missed renewals.
