Can I switch plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes are prorated, so you only ever pay for what you use.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Simply choose a plan to continue. Nothing is charged automatically — we don't take a card for the trial. Your data is retained in line with UK GDPR retention rules, so you won't lose anything when you subscribe.
Are there per-user charges?
No — every plan is a flat rate. Solo includes 5 users, Agency includes 8, and Regional includes unlimited users.
Is my compliance data exportable?
